The Rovatti HS series are for residential and light industrial applications, available with single and three-phase motors, with a flow rate of up to 50m³/hour and head maximum 20 metres lift. With stainless steel vortex impellers and a solid cast iron body this pump suitable for pumping domestic and light industrial waste waters. Light-weight enough to be used in mobile installations where pumps may need to be re-located. The single-phase motors are supplied with an automatic float-switch as standard.

The HS40 Range
The HS40V/F-006 has a 0.6 kW single or three-phase motor and a 1 1/2″ female BSP thread which is vertically orientated from the base casting of the pump. Maximum flow of this pump is 12.5m³/hour and a closed head of 8 metres. Mid curve this pump has a duty of 5m³/hour flow at a head of 5.5 metres. This pump will allow up 35mm solids to pass through the impeller. Single phase models come with an automatic float switch as standard.
Next size up is the HS40V/E-009 and has a 0.9 kW single or three-phase motor which is almost identical to the HS40V/F-006 but with a slightly more powerful motor. The maximum flow of this pump is 17.5m³/hour and a closed head of 10.9 metres. Mid curve this pump has a duty of 10m³/hour flow at a head of 6.9 metres. This pump will allow up 30mm solids to pass through the impeller. As with all single phase models this comes with an automatic float switch as standard.
The HS50 Range
HS50V/D-009 is the model up with an increased outlet size of 2″ still vertically orientated from the body casing. The maximum flow of this pump is 30m³/hour and a closed head of 7.8 metres. Mid curve this pump has a duty of 15m³/hour flow at a head of 5.1 metres. This pump will allow up 40mm solids to pass through the impeller. These are available with a single or three-phase motor, likewise with the HS 40 pumps, a float switch as standard on the single-phase variety.
The last three models in the series come with a 2″ horizontal outlet. The HS50V/C-011 has a 1.1kW motor with a closed head of 11.9 metres and a max flow of 30m³/hour. Mid curve duty is 20m³ at 6.2 metres head. Next up, the HS50V/B-015 is 1.5kW version with a zero flow head of 13.8 metres and Q max of 45m³/hour, mid duty is 8.6 metres head at 25m³/hour. Both of these pumps will allow 50mm passage of solids and are available with single or three-phase motors. Single phase is with the standard float switch. The last of the 2″ Horizontal pumps is the HS50V/A-022 with a 2.2 kW three-phase motor, this pump is not produced with a single phase motor. Closed head is 20 metres and max flow is 50m³/hour – Mid curve duty is 30m³/hour at 11.9 metres head. Allowable solids of 45mm.
